How much are the shipping fees?

Unfortunately we cannot give detailed shipping fees, because it always depends on the measurements and weight of the parcel. Normally it will cost between 15 and 30 €. We always recommend to exhaust the minimum order amount of 30 €, in order to keep shipping fees reasonable.

But during the checkout process, you can see all shipping fees and extra costs at the end of the bill and before you confirm the order. If you think the costs are too much, you can still cancel your order.

How long does it take to deliver?

The delivery period can be very different, according to the different countries. Inside Europe, it takes between one and two weeks. Delivery to North America and Canada can take between two and four weeks, as it always depends on how fast the parcel is released by the local customs. Sendings to Mexico and South America can even take more then seven weeks, and also sendings to Russia, China and Middle East take this long.

I didn’t get a confirmation mail. Has my order got through?

Successfully submitted orders will always be confirmed with an automatically generated mail (if your mail account is quite sensitive to such mails please check your spam filter also or contact us). Please try again. We are looking forward to sending you official EMIGRATE merchandise.

I want to return/exchange an article.
How can I do this?

In accordance with our terms and conditions we will refund the shipping costs to you (if the total amount exceeds 40 EUR or if we send you incorrect or damaged merchandise).

Please include a little note on which you explain the matter shortly, so we can proceed immediately (either credit your card with the amount of the particular item or exchange it for a different size).

I’ve forgotten my shop password. What can I do?

If you forgot your password, please submit your email address here at “Sign In” > „Forgotten your password?“. You will be sent a mixture of letters and numbers. Please login with this password.

Go to “My Account”, there you’ll find an option „Change Password“. Please change it to any password you want and which you can keep in mind.
